Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our staff, we are NOT currently accepting returns and will not be processing refunds. We will continue to monitor the situation and update our policies as needed.

We are also unable to process exchanges or price adjustments. (If a promotional sale is going on during the time of your purchase but you do not use the promo code or you have computer glitches we cannot adjust the prices.)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. Please be sure you love the item and ask any questions before hitting the “submit” button.

PLEASE NOTE: The Pajama Closet is not responsible for U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery delays. You can NOT cancel your order if delivery is taking too long.
